Pollock

Pollock (2000)

No Nudity

Review

Ed Harris made his directorial debut after reading a biography of innovative artist Jackson Pollock. The movie goes through the artist’s life in a group of avant-garde painters in New York, where Pollock consumed tons of alcohol while trying to hone in on his craft. After getting off the sauce and settling down with another painter who believed in him, Pollock started making the abstract expressionist paintings he came to be famous for. Playing Lee Kasner, Pollock’s longtime lady friend, is Marcia Gay Harden. No nudity to report from her, but you can catch some of her bralessness in a nightie. Jennifer Connelly also makes an appearance as one of the artist’s later love affairs before his death, and we get to see a decent cleavage shot as well as a little upskirt. Great artists certainly attract some great beauties.
