Pie in the Sky (1995)

Pie in the Sky: Euro Version (1995) is about a boy obsessed with Traffic. Not the band, but rather the congestion. That's because his parents conceived him in a traffic jam. Sure better than banging the horn. Not that he is completely single-minded, no. He ogles the booblies of Dey Young as she sunbathes her orbs by the pool. But Anne Heche gets his mind out of the gutter and into her when she has an affair with the car lover and gives him quite the wheelie in his pants. It's the only skin scene in this oddball flick, but viewers are going to get a lot of mileage out of it.
