Penumbra (2011)

A woman rents out an apartment to a sinister group in Penumbra (2011). Marga (Cristina Brondo) inherited an apartment with her sister and has set up a meeting with a real estate agent to rent it out. Jorge (Berta Muñiz) shows up on her doorstep and says he has a client named Mr. Salva who would like to rent it immediately for four times the asking price. Marga leaps at the chance to get more money, but as more colleagues of Mr. Salva show up with increasingly bizarre stories, she starts to suspect that something very bad is about to happen. Spanish siren Cristina Brondo is sexy as the lead but South American Playmate Maria Nela Sinisterra really steals the show by appearing topless in the terrifying opening sequence.
