Oxygen (1999)

A psycho kidnaps a rich woman and buries her somewhere in Manhattan in Oxygen (1999). The guy is demanding a ransom from the rich old husband, and assigned on the case is a masochistic female cop. If the guy doesn’t pay the ransom within 24 hours, the wife will be abandoned underground, and suffocate to death. Meanwhile the masochistic cop is afraid of revealing her fetish to her husband, who’s also a cop. The victim of the kidnapping and burying is played by Lalia Robins. When Adrien Brody, playing the psycho, Harry, is about to bury her, he makes her strip down to her underwear before getting in the casket. Later on, when she escapes from the clutches of earth, she also roams around the forest in the same underwear, and with dirt caked all over her. Only a beauty like that could endure and escape from being buried alive.
