Ostinato destino (1992)

Two is unquestionably sexier than one in Ostinato destino (1992), a comedy of mistaken identity in which bombshell Monica Bellucci tackles alluring twin roles. Bellucci stars as Marina, a conniving newlywed who pulls a fast one on her husband by boarding a plane to Germany to undergo an embryo transplant. Because she doesn’t want her hubby to know, Marina enlists her twin sister, Angela (also played by Bellucci), to stand in her absence. Director Gianfranco Albano spices the plot with blackmail, fraud, conspiracy, and murder, but all you really need to follow is Bellucci--the Matrix Reloaded (2003) star shows off her fabulous frame in two scenes so smoking you’ll forget about trying to keep track of which sister is which.
