Open House (1987)

Indian-born exploitation director Jag Mundhra’s serial-killer flick Open House (1987) stars Joseph Bottoms as Dr. David Kelley, a radio psychologist who begins receiving calls from a raincoat-wearing, dog-food-eating serial killer named Harry, who’s stalking real estate agents and killing them in various gruesome ways. When Dr. Kelley and his realtor girlfriend (Adrienne Barbeau) realize that she is next on the killer’s list, the pair sets out to stop him.
