Eli Roth hit a bit of a career slump in the early part of this decade with two of his films failing to secure distribution, before suddenly turning up in theaters within two weeks of one another in 2015. First up is Roth's homage to the cannibal-sploitation cinema of the late 70s and early 80s, The Green Inferno,completed in 2013. Thumbing his nose at the notion of privileged white people wanting to help native peoples in the jungles of South America, Roth feeds them to an isolated tribe of cannibals following a visceral plane crash.

2009: I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell
It turned out Tucker Max was just a man ahead of his time as this adaptation of his book of the same name tanked when it was released on this day ten years ago. In the era of Men's Rights Activists and the like, Max's film probably would've been a rallying cry were it released today. Instead, it's just a sad footnote in the history of film, but that doesn't mean there's not great nudity!
One of the film's most "hilarious" scenes involves Max (Matt Czuchry) having sex with a deaf woman (Yvette Yates) whose moans of pleasure are so loud, their neighbors call the cops on them...
