Review

Adapted from the Dean Koontz’s novel of the same name, Odd Thomas (2013) is a supernatural thriller set in a California desert town that follows the titular character (Anton Yelchin), a twenty-year-old short-order cook with clairvoyant abilities. Odd has an odd gift that allows him to communicate with the dead and see all the evil that inhabits the world. With his abilities, Odd often teams up with the local police chief (Willem Dafoe) to solve crimes and, in some instances, prevent them before they happen. When a stranger, Bob Robertson (Shuler Hensley), comes to town, his presence is surrounded by evil, a sure signal that some horrible shit is going to hit the fan. With the town teetering on the edge of potential danger, Odd and his cute girlfriend Stormy (Addison Timlin) work together to thwart Bob and his malicious motives. While Odd can see the dead, we get to see some impressive cleavage from both Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Melissa Ordway. Addison Timlin skin-tributes some looks at her sexy, panty-clad figure.
