We're living on the edge this week on DVD and Blu-ray, with the illicit kicks of Weeds, Season 7 (like Rachel Germiane's "skiing" scene, above), brainwashed wobblers from Elizabeth Olsen in Martha Martha Marcy May Marlene (2011), and party girl Anna Friel giving us a see-through turn-on in London Boulevard (2011). Rounding out this heart-stopping thrill ride is legendary punk performer Marian Anderson in Last Fast Ride: The Life, Love and Death of a Punk Goddess (2011), a rock doc that chronicles her wild, weird, frequently undressed life.

Also nude on DVD, the French beat Showtime at their own skin-showing game with a European TV version of The Borgias, this one known as Borgia: Faith and Fear.

It was show-and-tell time for Showtime entertainment president David Nevins this week as he appeared in Hollywood for the annual Television Critics Association press convention. And Nevin had some skinteresting things to say about some of the premium network's breast series:

Shameless took center stage at this year's TCA, with stars Emmy Rossum and William H. Macy on hand to promote the show. During the roundtable Emmy had this tidbit to share on the future of her character:

"Fiona loses her way a bit. She’ll go off the rails for several episodes before hitting a wall. Everyone has a moment where they realize they become like their parents,” Rossum said. As long as "going off the rails" involves taking off her clothes, we're with her all the way.

Then Nevins said that Dexter "may extend" beyond its recent two-season renewal, and confirmed that the show will continue down its twisted path of adopted-sibling passion between real-life exes Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall:

"I'm aware that there's a certain taboo despite the fact that they're not genetically related, but it's something that has been building for a number of years. If you go back and look the past couple seasons, it's an idea that has informed how they've done the show for a long time."

Nevins also addressed Weeds' sinking ratings, saying that the drug-dealing dramedy may have cleared its bong load and there is a "real possibility" that its upcoming eighth season will also be its last. So smoke 'em if you got 'em, Mary-Lousie Parker fans!

A brighter future is in store for the historical drama The Borgias, which executive producer James Flynn says he can see lasting for at least four seasons (It begins its second April 8).

"I did a couple of shots of vodka - definitely - beforehand, and then a couple of glasses of champagne as a celebration of never having to do that again," Keira told The Hollywood Reporter this week.
