Gone Too Soon: Mamorial Day Top 10
Memorial Day weekend is almost here! Before you crack open a beer and fire up the grill, take a moment to remember the beautiful, talented skin stars who passed away before their time. No words can express the loss we all feel at losing women like the classy Natasha Richardson, the sweet and sexy Brittany Murphy, and lovely legend Farrah Fawcett. Luckily, we'll always have their movies to remember them by. Here's to you, ladies. We'll never forget you.
moreSure, National Cleavage Day was invented by the Wonderbra corporation to sell push-up bras. And Abraham Lincoln invented Thanksgiving, what's your point? We'd rather stare into a lovely lady's cleavage than eat turkey 'til we fall asleep any day. Actually, we'd prefer eat a turkey sandwich while staring at boobs, but if we had to pick, we'd pick cleavage. Definitely.

moreHighbrow meets lowbrow this week on DVD and Blu-ray: First we stop by the art house, where Michelle Williams shines (and her buxom body double strips) in My Week with Marilyn (2011) and a full-frontal Kirsten Dunst mopes in Melancholia (2011). Then it's off to the frat house, where you can feast your eyes on Shannon Elizabeth, Lisa Arturo, Denise Faye, and more as the first three American Pie movies hit Blu-ray.
Plus, British beauties go bare in Killer's Moon (1978) and Virgin Witch (1971), part of Redemption's Euro-sleaze series on DVD and Blu-ray.

Sports Illustrated cover girl and lust object du jour Kate Upton is channeling Marilyn Monroe (Not Lindsay Lohan, thank you very much) on the cover of Muse magazine this month, and we've only got one thing to say about it:
Is that a nip slip we spy down there next to her right elbow?!
It might just be wishful thinking, but those Upton udders are still enough to make a grown man cry. Like a baby. A hungry, hungry baby.

Barbara Nitke is a photographer to the stars...porn stars, that is. She's been one of the most dedicated and talented chroniclers of the world of XXX (and later, BDSM) since the early 1980s, and her work provides a rare glimpse into the offscreen lives of these larger-than-life sexual icons.
Barbara is currently raising funds on Kickstarter for her new book, American Ecstasy, a look at her life as a set photographer during the "Golden Age of Porn". We caught up with Barbara at her home in New York City, where she gave us some valuable SKINsight into her process, her favorite nude movie, and why kinksters get a bad rap.

Mark Evans has a million stories to tell. As the bassist for AC/DC from 1975 to 1977, he's been everywhere, done everything, and met every kind of girl along the way. He played bass on the albums T.N.T., High Voltage, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Let There Be Rock, and the '74 Jailbreak EP, and your sister (or maybe even your mom) has totally shown him her tits.
Since he left AC/DC, Mark has lent his musical expertise to hard-rock bands like Finch, Cheetah, Swanee, Heaven and The Party Boys, and he released an album with Dave Tice (ex-singer of Buffalo) in October 2011.
Mark's new autobiography is called Dirty Deeds: My Life Inside/Outside of AC/DC, and as the title implies it details his wild life both within and without the legendary band. The Onion AV Club says Mark's book is
“much like AC/DC’s iconic hard rock: lean, raw, unflinching, and heavy on the riffs," and it's a must-read for fans of the band.
We caught up with Mark on the road promoting his book, where he schooled us on Ann-Margret, "lust at first sight", and where to find the world's best groupies.

Playing Marilyn Monroe has given Michelle Williams plenty of opportunities to think about sex symbols- playing one, becoming one, and whether she might already be one (we certainly think so!). As she tells GQ in this month's cover story:
"I think because my character on Dawson's Creek was sexy…sexualized…sexual…I saw all the negative attention and connotations that can come along with that," she says on initially rejecting her sex symbol status. "And that those things can keep people from seeing you clearly."
But now that Michelle is a little older and a lot more secure, she's eager to have all eyes on her once more:
"It's funny spending your twenties running away from it, and then you hit your thirties...wait a second! Come back! I want that time back when I didn't appreciate what I had!," she admits. "That kind of ripe sexuality, when you hit your thirties you feel more in possession of it, you feel it's not something that can be sort of taken away from you and reassembled."
Considering you've been taking our jaws and dropping them to the floor from If These Walls Could Talk 2 (2000) right up through Take this Waltz (2011), Michelle, we think you've got nothing to worry about.
