The big releases on DVD and Blu-ray this week, Fast Five and Scream 4, may be skinless (save for bikini babe Gal Gadot, but Mr. Skin has the skinny on which Blu-ray nudes will have your five wrapped around your stick shift- fast. First we've got criminally hot nudes from Bridget Fonda in Jackie Brown, then we've got something to Crowe about as Almost Famous, featuring Kate Hudson's funbags, hits Blu-ray.

Plus, Grandview, U.S.A., starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Jennifer Jason Leigh as small-town dreamers, is nude on DVD for the first time ever.

Columbiana opens in theaters this weekend, and while Star Trek babe Zoe Saldana does spend a good portion of the movie in skin-tight catsuits and sexy bra-and-panties ensembles, the film's PG-13 rating ultimately prevents her from really cutting loose. Well, Mr. Skin knows a few foxy female ass-assins who aren't bound by such nude restrictions.

This weekend in theaters, the massive snow storm that struck the country has apparently resulted in a severe shortness of cinematic skin, because the new 3-D epic adventure Sanctum, the teeny-bopper thriller The Roommate, and the new Natalie Portman flick The Other Woman all yield a grand total of bupkis when it comes to T&A.

The Sanctum

A team of cave divers are trapped in a giant underwater cave in the new 3-D adventure flick The Sanctum. There's nothing worth mentioning here, so your best bet is to go pick up the 1991 softcore flick Inner Sanctum with naked Tanya Roberts and Margaux Hemingway's body double. Or better yet, wait for Drive Angry and check out Charlote Ross's eye-popping full-frontal in 3D. Sanctum? No, but we spanked 'em!

The Other Woman

After making out with Mila Kunis in Black Swan and baring her butt in No Strings Attached, Natalie Portman is back in theaters for the third time in three months in The Other Woman. Unfortunately there's no lesbianism or nudity here, so go pick up pick up 2007’s Hotel Chevalier. Eight minutes in, Natalie makes her nude debut and gives us a great view of her sweet seat meat. You've done The Other Woman, Natalie. Now give us another nude scene!

The Roommate

New in theaters, Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly star in the creepy lesbian-tinged stalker flick The Roommate. But what's really scary is that neither of them has EVER been nude on screen. These roomates are young and hot, but when it comes to skin, they can't pay the rent. So why not check out The Roommate's skin-spiration, the 1992 flick Single White Female? Stars Bridget Fonda and Jennifer Jason Leigh both get naked throughout the movie, baring boobs, butt, and bush repeatedly. I wonder if they need a womb-mate.

Maggie Q is currently stopping hearts and wiggling her tight parts on the spy series Nikita. But before Q's T&A, there was another Nikita: classy lassie Bridget Fonda in Point of No Return.

The 1993 flick was a remake of the beloved French film La Femme Nikita, with pretty patrician piece Fonda in the title role. For years, Point has sadly only been available on DVD, and although our esteemed skin technicians went through it with a fine-toothed bone, the closest they were able to get to Fonda's funbags were some hard-nipple shots in a tank top and undies.

The Blu-Ray is now available, and after the cut, you can catch a sneak peek of two new shots of Bridge in the buff. Thanks to high def, what previously appeared to be shadows has been revealed to be each of Bridget's all-natural Niki-tits.

Based on Boccaccio's fourteenth-century tome The Decameron, the romantic comedy Virgin Territory (2007) stars Hayden Christensen and Mischa Barton as young lovers Lorenzo de Lamberti and Pampinea. Against the backdrop of Italy during the Black Death, the two try to get through the complex web of obstacles keeping them apart. Although Mischa stays covered, we get to see skin from Elisabetta Canalis, Silvia Colloca, Chiara Gensini, Kate Groombridge, and Maimie McCoy.

A teenage Mr. Skin in his parents' basement with a Betamax could only dream of the nudity made possible by technology. Times have changed, and with the advent of Blu-Ray, the Skin Team is discovering previously hidden bare bits from some of the biggest movies around.

We all knew that Lisa Bonet got naked in Angel Heart, but now we have a nice, clear bush shot. And who knew that Claudine Auger, as Domino in the James Bond classic Thunderball, also had a slip of the lip in the pool scene?

Unearthing these rare nudes is like finding archaeological treasures. Only these are a different kind of dirty.

New Nudes are Big News!

“Even the greatest art works can be revitalized by new technologies,” writes Ben Greenman in the latest issue of The New Yorker.

And he’s not talking about the restoration of the Sistine Chapel.

Rather, he’s referring to the painstaking work that goes on everyday at the skinlabs here at MrSkin.com. Namely, checking to see if Heather Graham’s naked butt is visible in the newly released Blu-ray version of James Toback’s Two Girls and a Guy.

Since movies began appearing in the high-definition Blu-ray format in June of 2006, Mr. Skin’s technicians haven been re-watching every available movie to see if anything has changed in terms of nudity.

The results have been more than surprising. In fact, they’re downright skintastic, as the Huffington Post reports.
