Throughout history dishonesty has led to the most fascinating true-life and fictional plot developments, and the steady tightening of La Vida de nadie’s noose-like storyline turns on the escalating fibs spun out by a charlatan who would have the world perceive him as an honest and successful businessman; a doting, caring father; and a devoted, faithful husband. Needless to say, this conflicted protagonist is far more interesting than is the person he attempts to pass himself off as.
