Neighbors (2014)

A married couple realize that a frat house is a whole lot of fun to live in, but an absolute nightmare to live next to, in the comedy flick Neighbors (2014). Mac (Seth Rogan) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) are a young couple who just popped out a newborn daughter. The new parents’ life drastically changes when the raucous fraternity Delta Psi Beta moves into the adjacent house next door after burning down their last house. At first they try to play it cool, but problems arise pretty quickly. See, these aren't your normal fraternity fellas. The president, Teddy (Zac Efron), and the vice prez Pete (Dave Franco) have this intense obsession with throwing a wild enough party that they'll be placed in the fraternity's Hall of Fame. When Mac makes the pivotal mistake of calling the cops on them after promising he'd always talk to them directly if there was a noise issue, the boys decide that they've been betrayed and the new parents are their enemy. On top of dealing with the stresses of a newborn, there's a hardcore feud with the frat dudes making Mac and Kelly's life a living Hell. Will the college kids use their youth to take down their elders, or will the adults find a way to get the frat kicked out of school? The hilarious battle belies some heartfelt moments as we come to understand why the frat leaders are so intent on partying so hard. Between the hilarious scenes, babes Halston Sage and Ali Corbin bust out their cleavage and tight asses while wearing some skimpy bikinis. There's nothing like taking a coed to bed! But if you prefer the milky mammed Milf look, Rose Bryne sports a prosthetic pair as she breast feeds her infant.
