Nasty Baby (2015)

Written and directed by Sebastián Silva, Nasty Baby (2015) also stars the Chilean filmmaker as Freddy, a gay man desperately trying to have a baby with his best friend Polly (Kristen Wiig). It’s when Freddy realizes his sperm count may not be up to snuff that he enlists the help of his partner Mo (TV on the Radio lead singer Tunde Adebimpe) to be the seed sower. The result is a funny and heartfelt, loosely scripted indie film that really showcases a surprisingly deep emotional performance from Adebimpe, as well as the comedic talents of Wiig. Kristin’s comedic talents aren’t all the film showcases, you can also spot this SNL alum’s underwear as she attempts to do some fertility increasing poses. Dressed in an open sweater and white tank top, her snow leopard print panties will really make you purr. Though the scene is brief, you’ll still wig out at this look at Wiig’s briefs. An international festival sensation, Silva’s films are known for finding the funny in intensely awkward situations, and Nasty Baby is no exception. Though you’ll laugh out loud at times, the film can also take a turn for some serious emotional pitfalls. If you dig Wiig, don’t miss this shindig.
