MTV Europe Music Awards

The MTV Europe Music Awards are an annual bash celebrating the top of the pops, and it always has the hottest songstresses (who are always close to falling out of their tops). Started as a Continental version of the MTV Video Music Awards, the show now has its own flavor, and most of the voting is done by the viewers. Among its most mammorable perv-formances in recent years was Emma Bunton, a.k.a. Baby Spice, whose hooters nearly staged a coup against her skintight leather getup.
