Nominations for the 63rd annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced this morning in Los Angeles. And while the actress races aren't quite as stacked (heh) as this year's Oscars, of which 7 our of the 10 nominees were also nominudes, skinful series like Mildred Pierce, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, The Borgias and True Blood all got some love from the Emmy voters.

HBO's Mildred Pierce led the pack with a total of 21 nominations, skincluding a Best Actress in a Mini-Series nod for Mr. Skin Hall-of-Famer Kate WInslet, who displayed her MAMazing skin-set in the series- as did her fictional daughter Evan Rachel Wood, who made her full-frontal debut in the Depression-era drama.

nominude laneKate will be going up against fellow Mr. Skin Hall-of-Famer Diane Lane, who was nominated for her role in the boob tube movie Cinema Verite. Verite is sadly skin-free, but you can see Diane in 12 skintillating nude roles right here on Mr. Skin.

nominude henson 2Also nominated for Best Actress in a Miniseries or TV Movie is Taraji P Henson, who's nominated for her role in the Lifetime tearjerker Taken from Me:The Tiffany Rubin Story. You might be jerkin', but there won't be any tears when you see Taraji nude in Baby Boy (2001).

nominude linneyIn the comedy categories, Mr. Skin Hall-of-Famer Laura Linney is the most skinful of this year's nomunudes, baring boobs in her Best Actress in a Comedy-nominated role on the Showtime series The Big C. Also nude and nominated is Edie Falco for her titular role on Nurse Jackie.

nominude macdonaldIn the Best Actress in a Drama race, nominudes were nowhere to be seen, with the lone dramatic dairies coming from Best Supporting Actress in a Drama nominudes Kelly MacDonald (Boardwalk Empire) and Michelle Forbes (The Killing).

On the other hand, the Outstanding Drama Series race is positively skin-tastic, with the period pieces of Boardwalk Empire facing off against Game of Thrones' fantasy full frontal and Dexter's killer nudes. The costume nominations were also skinteresting, considering 3 out of the 5 nominees- Boardwalk Empire, The Borgias, and Game of Thrones, are more MAM-orable for the time their sexy stars spend OUT of their costumes than IN them. Oh well- at least someone is paying attention to the clothes!

Skin Central offers our congratulations to all of our lovely nominudes- Ladies, we (one-handedly) salute you!
