Biography

If you like older women, then Mr. Skin’s got a film just for you—with an older hottie to match. The film is In Praise of Older Women (1978), and the lady in her birthday suit is Monique Lepage, who was 49-years old when she played the part of The Countess in the Canadian film with Tom Berenger and Helen Shaver. The broad looks good in her shower scene, with bare breasts showing very little wear—especially impressive since she had already given birth to her daughter, Canadian actress Anne Létourneau, a whole two decades earlier. While this was an impressive role, it was by no means the first, nor the last for Monique, who got her debut as Rose-de-Lima Bibeau in a 1956 episode of the TV series Le survenant. Born in Montréal, Québec, the Canadian actress has had her fair share of television appearances as well as movies. She took the starring role of La Gilbert in the drama Taureau (1973), and got a little goofy as Irene in the comedy Hot Dog Cops (1980). On the little screen, she did the TV movie A Paper Wedding (1990) with Geneviève Bujold, playing the character of Gaby. A few notable pop-ups include the role of Madame de Pompadour in Le courrier du Roy in 1958, Marquise de Denonville in D’Iberville in 1968, as Madame Richer in La petite patrie in 1974, playing Huguette Picard in Race de Monde, and as Estlle Frappier in Jamais sans amour: Un peu, becaucoup, à la folie in 1998, which translates to Never without love: A little, a lot, madly. Which kind of wraps things up quite nicely, Mr. Skin believes.
