Mirror Images II (1994)

Mirror Images II, like its predecessor, was directed by none other than Gregory Dark (who rose to fame by producing such adult-oriented fare as New Wave Hookers and Black Throat…) and concerns the exploits of a set of twins, only this time it’s Shannon Whirry in the role of the Double-D Duo instead of Delia Sheppard.  Naturally, there’s a murder-mystery setup to go along with the rampant gratuitous nudity. It turns out that one of the twins is evil. (Oh no!) After having witnessed the murder of her mother by her father, she offs the old bastard and proceeds to disappear. Good Twin Whirry goes on to lead a normal life which, for some God-awful reason, involves a marriage to a sleazebag cop, played by Luca Bercovici who, incidentally, went on to direct her in The Granny. There is enough Skin within to keep any fan of soft core thrillers glued to the set, starting with Whirry’s shower scene at the very beginning of the movie. She proceeds to bang (under both guises…) just about everyone in the cast, including her newly-bisexual psychiatrist (Kristine Kelly), as well as Lauren Hays and Ken Steadman, just to name a few. There’s full-frontal action out the wazoo, so fans of Whirry should definitely check it out. Sara Suzanne Brown adds a bit more T&A to the mix as one of Whirry’s husband’s prostitute-type conquests early in the film, as well. If you can find five minutes of this film that doesn’t contain nudity (the ending credits don’t count…) then you’ve performed a miracle and should be canonized. Congratulations.
