Bad news, everyone. It seems that our very own Megan Fox, revered sex symbol andoutrageously stunning brunette, has officially laid down the torch for steamy scenes. The mom of two (soon to be three) says that she's reluctant to any kind of sexual roles in the future because she doesn't want them to have see their mom from that perspective. The logic isn't exactly airtight, asI don't thinkthere's anything she can do to erase the past roles she's done—particularly the more iconic ones, like Jennifer's Body:
But a mom's gotta do what a mom's gotta do, I suppose.She stated that she was offered a role in an unnamed HBO project but turned it down because of graphic sex scenes, which is just cruel when you think about it. Besides the aforementioned steamy lesbian makeout, Megan hasn't done a graphic sex scene in the past. Most of her roles have been the unattainable-except-for-that-one-goofy-protagonist hot girl—like in Transformers, which is actually only appealing to the teenage boy demographic.
We'll have to see if the resolution sticks. After building your career on such a beautiful body (and who can blamer her for rocking it?), it's tough for an actress to totally reconstruct her position—acting chops or not. Either way, we can only hope she'll at least keep wearing things like this:
