Macbeth (2006)

The title may be familiar, but Australian director Geoffrey Wright's take on Macbeth (2006) updates William Shakespeare's famous tragedy to modern day and sets its bloody doings amidst gangsters Down Under. Breast of all, the time transplant allows Victoria Hill, as Lady Macbeth, and the Bard's trio of witches to appear on screen in their altogether. Enjoying this version of Macbeth will have you launching into an "Out damn spot!" monologue of your own.
