It would be easy to confuse Lori Loughlin with Laura Leighton or Lori Lethin. In addition to having similar sounding names, each of theses actresses worked on TV. If that’s not too much alike, they’re all Leos. Perhaps this gave them an astrological edge when going for parts since the sign is synonymous with being in the spotlight. Yet despite their common careers, these boob tube cuties can be separated by their manes as the first is a brunette, the second has red hair, and the third boasts yellow locks. Because gentleman prefer blondes, Ms. Lethin was quickly cast as a guest star on several hit series during the 1970s (Charlie’s Angels, Barnaby Jones) and ’80s (The Dukes of Hazzard, Hill Street Blues, The A-Team, Diff’rent Strokes, E/R). With a button nose, wide eyes and a big bust, moving on to movies was a must. As such, the adorable ingénue joined Kate Beckinsale and Claire Danes in the PG13 drama Brokedown Palace (1999). But not before Lori became a Scream Queen in a string of horror flicks. In 1981, the hottie sizzled in the chiller dillers Bloody Birthday and Goliath Awaits. Next came the slasher film The Prey (1983) wherein the sweet starlet was seen sunbathing. Breast of all is her titillating turn in Return to Horror High (1987).
