We appreciate actresses who specialize in kid's shows. After all, anything that buys us some free time from the runts, and provides a little bit more learning than the obnoxious influencers on Youtube, is worth its weight in gold. But whenever the redheaded Wiggle, Emma Watkins, or that perky pigtailed scientist from Nina and the Neurons hit the screen, we can't help but wish they'd done some dirty work before turning to entertaining the kiddos. Luckily for us, Asian-Canadian actress Lisa Ng did just that. Lisa made her TV debut as a nineteen-year-old on the hit Disney series The Famous Jett Jackson. That led to a couple episodes of Disney's EMT drama In a Heartbeat, but nothing had our heart pumping like Lisa's work in True Blue (2001). A cure for the blues, or blue balls, is the Tom Berenger detective drama about the murder of a woman who worked for the mayor. Lisa plays the girlfriend of some druggie loser, who bursts out of bed topless when her beau gets his door kicked in by the cops. They bust in, we bust a nut! It's true. After a role in Twitches (2004), Lisa opted out of the live action scene and worked almost exclusively as a voice actress in kid's cartoons. You might recognize her verbal vibrations as Susan Long in American Dragon: Jake Long, as Deedee on Wayside, or as Dana on Sidekick. Sure, we'd love to see Lisa bail out of kiddie stuff and take her top off in adult fare again. But because she did show us her chest balloons before making cartoons, we're thankful. NGL, we can't think of many women hotter than Lisa Ng.
