Lawless (2012)

Lawless (2012) delivers moonshine, mobsters, murder, and marvelous mams! Based on Matt Bondurant’s novel “The Wettest County in the World” (2008) which was inspired by a true story, the period piece was adapted for the screen by singer-turned-writer Nick Cave, who also composed the film’s score. The crime drama follows a trio of bootlegging brothers: Forrest (Tom Hardy), Howard (Jason Clarke), and Jack (Shia LaBeouf) in Virginia during the 1930s. Prohibition is still in full effect and these guys are making big bucks running illegal hooch. That is, until special deputy Charley Rakes (Guy Pearce) arrives in town to crack down on their business. Throughout the course of the story, we encounter Maggie Beauford (Jessica Chastain) and Bertha Minnix (Mia Wasikowska) as well as the ebony breasts on “a young Black girl” (Malinda Baker) an hour and 7 minutes in. Not to be outdone, Ms. Chastain disrobes to our delight soon after. The skintastic act provides views of her nude boobs! If that’s not arousing enough, the redhaired hottie also reveals her muff and rump as she struts her stuff in the buff. Eventually she lands in the sack with Forrest who is sure to have some wood! That goes double for Mr. Skin and any other audience member watching the sexy scene. No wonder the R rated flick was nominated for the Palme d’Or at the 65th Cannes Film Festival. Of course, we give it the Palm d’Organ! In other words, the lusty ladies of Lawless will make you go trouser-less!
