Oh brother, look out, it’s The Lawyer Of The Women. Irene (Mariangela Melato), an intelligent 45-year-old lawyer, runs her Rome law firm with a couple of her sisterly colleagues, Giulia (Mareike Carriere) and Alice (Carolina Salome). While devoted to her son Lorenzo (Filippo Rodriguez), who never got over his parents’ divorce, Irene starts a tryst with public prosecutor Sandro Gruber (Rudiger Joswig). Can Sandro win Lorenzo´s trust and finally win Irene´s heart? Meanwhile Irene is working like a dog for all the helpless women of Rome, fighting mean husbands and inappropriate bosses and… you get the idea. Mariangela Melato… Mariangela Melato… where do I know that name? Oh yeah, she’d be the woman who originally appeared in 1974’s Swept Away, the movie that Guy Ritchie and his wife Madonna completely screwed up in 2002. In the original version, Melato got completely nude for a little on-beach humping and we’ve got the pictures, baby.
