Savor the flavor of cheese-stuffed squid in this Sci-Fi Channel bid for the title of silliest B-movie in recent memory! Kraken: Tentacles of the Deep (2006) is the story of poor, orphaned Charlie O'Connell and his Ahab-lite plight. Thanks to a huge CGI squid, he grew up a very lonely kid, and now that he's grown, he's looking for deep-fried vengeance to call his own. Into his psychic lair of calamaried misery comes Victoria Pratt, a beautiful marine archaeologist looking for booty . . . of the sunken-treasure kind. The same tentacled ghoul that took Charlie's parents is guarding the wreckage Vicki wants to poke around in, so Charlie, seizing the opportunity, heads out to sea with the dishy Vicki and a desire to see revenge served best: in its own ink. Jack Scalia stops by to play a treasure-bent scumbag, and hot Kristi Angus drops in, top round steaks bouncing in a bikini top, to add some turf to the surf.
