Killer Workout (1986)

Killer Workout (1986), also known as Aerobicide, is a slasher pic that exploits the aerobics craze of the 1980s. It’s a great movie to watch when fantasizing about fit figures — dead and otherwise. In other words, this chiller diller gives new meaning to the lyrics “Let’s get physical” from Olivia Newton-John’s hit single “Physical” (1981). The plot concerns a mysterious killer who stalks and kills the leotard ladies (Denise Martell, Dianne Copeland, Laurel Mock, Lynn Meighan) of a health club, murdering them in various gruesome ways. Needless to say, serious flesh flashing, tanning salon accidents, and other gripping acts will have you gripping yourself! For starters, be-thonged babe Rhonda Johnson (Marcia Karr) reveals her nips just three minutes into the R rated flick — emphasis on flick! If that’s not titillating enough, she also shows off her bum while climbing into a tanning bed. What a hottie! Not to be outdone, Rachael McClee (Teresa Truesdale) exposes her dark derrière in the shower. Later, the ebony beauty is whacked off. But at least we get to see her bare (albeit bloody) chest on display. Talk about being dead sexy! Breast of all, Jaimy (Teresa Van der Woude) shows off her wonderful Van der Boobs and Van der Buns of steel when she peels off her exercise getup to get it on with a guy in the locker room at the 41-minute mark. Then, she proceeds to ride the dude! That’ll flex your muscle. Indeed, your wrist will be getting a killer workout!
