Kate Upton Doing This Exercise Is A Little Hypnotic

Yesterday was Wednesday or as most of us love to call it – “Hump Day”. But I would like to argue that Wednesday’s are no longer hump day. No, hump day will now be any day Kate Upton does this exercise.

Now, since I am not an avid gym-goer I have no idea what the name of this exercise is nor what muscle groups it helps, but damn it if Kate Upton doesn’t make it look super sexy. I’m guessing it’s some kind of core or lower body workout. Maybe she’s working multiple muscle groups, I really don’t have any idea. Though, there is something quite hypnotic about her up and down motion. It’s like I watch the video and all of a sudden I look up and 20 minutes have passed, but I’m pretty sure I only watched Kate Upton go up and down, up and down, up and down once, but maybe I didn’t.

Also, can we talk about how impressive it is that Kate Upton is using quite a bit of weight during this exercise. Typically the larger the weight, the heavier it is so, she could be lifting like 200 pounds with her core. That’s pretty damn hot. Of course, I could be totally mistaken in my estimate of weight, but that doesn’t change the fact she’s really damn cool.

So, remember hump day is no longer Wednesday. Hump day is whatever day Kate Upton goes to the gym.
