Kang Soo-yeon started her career at the tender age of 11 way back in 1977 with a turn in 3 Stars. Unfortunately for American audiences, this beautiful lady’s entire career has been spent in her native South Korea in such wonderful productions (at least, Mr. Skin is assuming they’re wonderful, based on their titles and premises alone) as the television series The Wondrous Koala Blinky (title!) and the more cinematic efforts Whale Hunter 2 (Jaws with mammals…) (premise!) and Come, Come, Come Upwards, which proved to be not even remotely as randy as the title suggests (misleading title). However, Kang (or is is Soo-yeon? Mr. Skin can never get the order of names right, and for that, he deeply apologizes for any offense) does get her sexy on as Ho-Jung in the movie Girls Night Out (1988), where her tiny derriere is outlined in brief black panties, and clutched by a guy who Mr. Skin is suddenly very jealous of. Her dynamic duo (aka boobs) are also partially on display, uplifted and supported to offer up a smidge of cleavage to interested parties (Right here! Mr. Skin is interested!). Beyond the whole sexy siren thing (because evidently, the world does look beyond it; who knew?), the brunette star took home two Best Actress awards from the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards for her role in All That Falls Has Wings (1990), and for that Come, Come, Come Upwards (1989) movie. She had a shaved head in that one, so technically, there was some skin, even if it was her scalp that was showing.
