Julia Anne Robinson Nude

Julia Anne Robinson is best known to audiences for playing one of the leading roles in director Bob Rafelson’s The King of Marvin Gardens (1972) opposite superstars Jack Nicholson, Bruce Dern, and Ellen Burstyn. Of course, it was a starring role in its own right, and among that caliber of actors, one would think that Julia would have been on a rocket ride to the top of the Hollywood food chain. Three years before dipping her toe in the world of acting, Julia met counter culture legend Ken Kesey, author of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and joined his Merry Pranksters on the Magic Bus and was a key part of the story that Tom Wolfe would later turn into his novel The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. Julia would break into the world of acting with uncredited roles in the films Getting Straight (1970) and Henry Jaglom's directorial debut A Safe Place (1971), though she wasn't credited in either film. During this same period, Julia also began working as a model which is how she met Rafelson, who fell instantly in love with her and cast her in The King of Marvin Gardens. Thankfully, Julie made her nude debut in the flick, baring her breasts opposite similarly topless co-star Ellen Burstyn! Instead of plunging into the world of film acting, she instead moved to Eugene, Oregon and enrolled at Lane Community College—where she had shot Getting Straight three years prior. Tragically, it was here that her life was cut short due to a faulty thermostat in her apartment that ended up causing a fire which took her from us far too soon at the age of 24. Thankfully she left behind a skinsational legacy that will keep her forever young, glamorous, and gorgeous in our minds!
