Born on a military base in Thailand to a Chinese mother and a U.S. Special Forces father, exotic beauty Jennifer Lee Wiggins was all set to enter the FBI Academy with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and extensive weapons training when an unexpected gig at Japan TV opened her eyes to the world of acting.
