Jennifer Connelly stars in American Pastoral, the film adaption of Philip Roth's Pulitzer-prize winning book - and she might just be sporting an award-winning merkin.
The scene in question goes a little like this: Her character shows up to her husband's place of work wearing nothing but a Miss New Jersey sash. And since this movie takes place in the 1960s, they wanted to make sure they got her "look" right. The video itself is hilarious (and shows a photo of the aforementioned "vagina wig" in question) describes how merkins are fitted to celebrities, which involves tracing paper, a sharpie, and a very long strip of tape.
We'll have to see the movie to check out how the merkin looks on Jennifer - but if her past nude scenes are any indication, it'll be a nude scene for the books.
