I Spit on Your Grave: Unrated (2010)

In 1978, the original revenge thriller I Spit on Your Grave (1978) shocked audiences with its brutal torture scenes, to the point of Roger Ebert declaring that watching it at a respectable theater was "one of the most depressing experiences of my life." Fright flick fans loved it though, so when all sorts of horror movie remakes were put into production in the 2010's, fans were terrified that I Spit on Your Grave: Unrated (2010) would go soft, essentially spitting in the face of the original. But have no fear: the modern update is just as slimy and grimy as the original. Following the same basic plot, the film stars Sarah Butler as Jennifer Hills, a writer who leave New York City for the woods of Louisiana hoping to bang out a book in the seclusion of the South. After some local hillbillies get word of her plans, they break into her cabin, brutally assault her, and go to execute her to cover up their crime. Thankfully, Sarah manages to hop in a river and make it downstream. After surviving the plunge, it's Sarah's turn to track down her torturers and get her revenge. From drowning dude in lye to putting a shotgun up a dude's butt and pulling the trigger, Jennifer's version of justice is truly medieval. This writer's a fighter, and she is disturbingly good at coming up with creative ways to kill! A reboot with just as much booty as the original, there's some great nudity in the film. We get to see Miss Butler's boob when the sheriff uses a shotgun to open her blouse, as well as a clear shot of her buns and breasts while she's getting attacked. But the best bit of skin we get in the movie comes when Sarah shows all three B's as she's marched nude down some railroad tracks. With all due respect to the OG, thanks to Sarah Butler's amazing butt, the 2010 flick might be our fave I Spit on Your Grave!
