House of Wax (2005)

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton makes the leap from sex-tape starlet to Hollywood scream queen in the hit horror remake House of Wax (2005). Loosely based on a vintage Vincent Price feature, Jaume Serra’s version ups the gore considerably, as Achilles heels are slashed and buckets of blood spilled during certain squirm-inducing scenes. The plot concerns a gaggle of unsuspecting teenagers who break down in a backwoods town and stumble into a wax museum, where the effigies are eerily lifelike. Hilton plays one of the would-be victims, and although she doesn’t get nude (you’ve seen that already, right?) she does take time to tantalize by bounding about in her bra and panties.
