High Heels and Low Lifes (2001)

High Heels and Low Lifes (2001) stars Minnie Driver and Mary McCormack as an idealistic British nurse and a failed American actress in London. The two get drunk after Minnie breaks up with her boyfriend, and on their way home somehow stumble on information that enables them to identify some criminals who have eluded the cops. At first they try and do the right thing, but the police don’t believe them, so they do the next best thing: blackmail the crooks. This leads us down the rabbit hole of another British gangster spoof, funny but dark in its humor. Thankfully, there’s a strip club scene so we can get our fill of T&A, though neither star delights us with their finery.
