  1. I am a member but my PASSWORD doesn't work. What should I do?

    To sign on, you need to enter your username and password exactly as they appear on our confirmation receipt which was sent to you by email. It is best to copy and paste each directly from the email. If that doesn't work, use the lost username or password form on the login page, and we'll send you your current login information.

  2. How do I unsubscribe from MrSkin.com?

    CLICK HERE to go directly to the UNSUBSCRIBE PAGE.

    Once you reach our UNSUBSCRIBE PAGE, you can cancel the rebilling function of your subscription. This will NOT automatically shut off your access to MrSkin.com.

    After you cancel the re-bill, you will still have access to MrSkin.com for the duration of your last paid subscription.

  3. How do I change my member password?

    CLICK HERE for the customer service form. Fill it out completely, being sure to include your new password. Once we make the change to our system, we will immediately notify you by email.

  4. How do I change my e-mail in Mr Skin's address book?

    For securityreasons, we do not have the ability to update any of your billing information. We can only change your email address for correspondence from MrSkin. Because we have customers all over the world, our organization uses several secure settlement companies to process payments. Each company uses a different procedure. This means that you will need to submit your change request directly to your billing company. Follow their links, which are usually found at the bottom of their monthly email receipt. CLICK HERE to send a message to our customer service department. Please include your new email address, and our representative will respond to your request shortly.

  5. How do I unsubscribe from Mr Skin's Weekly Newsletter?

    Click on the REMOVE LINK found at the bottom of each newsletter email. Unsubscribing to Mr Skin's Weekly Newsletter will NOT affect the status of your access to MrSkin.com. You will continue to be able to access MrSkin.com for as long as you keep your site subscription active.

    If for some reason clicking on REMOVE LINK does not unsubscribe you from the newsletter, CLICK HERE to send a message to our customer service department and we'll remove your address from our database right away!

  6. How do I request my favorite star or movie that is currently not posted on your site?

    We are adding, on a daily basis, actresses and their movies from all around the world. Considering that there are seemingly a countless number of stars out there who have bared their best, we find from time to time that there may be one or two actresses someone wants to see whom we have not gotten to yet. If you want to let us know which star you are interested in, CLICK HERE to submit your request. If you are already a member, go to our Skin Talk Requests Board and let us know whom you're seeking. We'll try our best to get her bio info, collages, and clips up on the site as quickly as possible!

  7. What is SkinVisionTM?

    SkinVisionTM is MrSkin.com's one-of-a-kind innovation that highlights the very best moment from a particular clip in slow-motion. After a clip that contains nudity that we think you'll enjoy a closer look at plays, the SkinVisionTM logo will appear, followed by a slow-mo replay of the scene's key moment. So not only do we fast-forward to the good parts, we slow down for the very best parts!

  8. Ads and other windows are popping up. Is this from using your site and how can I make it stop?

    If you are being inundated with pop-up windows and other ads, or if the clips you are trying to view are not working properly, you probably have had some spyware or ad-ware installed in your system.

    It is the policy of MrSkin.com to NEVER use such software, so please rest assured that you did not receive this material as a result of visiting our site.

  9. I have a question regarding charges to my credit card. What do I need to do?

    Please CLICK HERE and provide a detailed explanation regarding the changes you would like to make and a customer service representative will respond shortly to assist you. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN ANY CORRESPONDENCE WITH US. This information remains SOLELY between you and your secure billing company and should never be included in any correspondence with us, for your own protection.

  10. I am a trial member, why can’t I view your clips in full-screen, HD, or download?

    The ability to download video clips is available to all full members. Your trial membership will automatically renew to a full membership once the trial period has ended. Downloads, full-screen capability and HD clips will be available to you at that time.

  11. What are the different types of video formats you offer and which should I use?

    • It depends on your preference! We currently offer h.264 encoded clips for viewing in our embedded player or download, as well as Windows Media Video, but only for download. We feel that both are widely used and will please our members most by offering both as an option!
    • Both type are offered in high and low qualities. Certain clips are also offered in 720p HD quality, but those are only available as h.264.
    • JavaScript and Flash Player 10 are required to view the embedded clips must be enabled in order to view our clips in the embedded player (see the system requirements below).
    • JavaScript must be enabled in order to download clips.
  12. What happened to the Flash Video and WMV clips?

    We recently switch from Flash Video to h.264. h.264 offers higer quality in files of comprable size. For example, new low quality h.264 clips are near the quality of the the old Flash hi clips, while being about the size of low quality Flash videos.

    We're also offering certain clips in 720p HD quality now as well. These clips do require a more powerful computer to play, but for those that are able, we think you'll be pleased.

    As for the WMV clips, those are stil around, but only for download. We've simplified the embedded player and removed the WMV clips as viewing options, but you can still get to them. Just hit the download link in the lower right of the player window, and you'll see all the available download options.

  13. I am a member but I am having trouble downloading and watching VIDEO CLIPS. What should I do?

    Trial users please note that the ability to download video clips is available only to our monthly members. Your trial membership will automatically renew to a full membership once the trial period has ended. The ability to download any content featured at Mr Skin will be available to you at that time.

    Our video clips are available in two formats, Windows Media and h.264.

    Windows Media:

    Note that we only offer WMVs for download, and no longer are they available for embedded viewing.

    For Windows users we recommend using Windows Media Player by Microsoft. You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft.

    Mac users have the option of using Windows Media Player by Microsoft or you can download the Windows Media Components for Quicktime by Flip4Mac. Windows Media Components for Quicktime will enable you to play the clips within the familiar confines of Quicktime!

    h.264 Video (embedded):

    You first need to download Flash Player from Adobe. Please see our system requirements for more information on the Flash Player. Once you've installed Flash Player you have what you need to play the h.264 clips in your web browser.

    h.264 Video (downloaded):

    h.264 clips can be played in many players, including Quicktime 7. You can download the latest version of Quicktime from Apple

    For both of our video formats we offer the ability for our members to download our video clips to play locally on their computer.

  14. I'm on a 28.8 modem. Why am I having trouble viewing your clips?

    You have no doubt already learned to be very patient, but since our clips are very large, you will need to become extra patient! For a slow connection your best bet would be to download the clip you want to watch. See below for instructions.

  15. How do I download clips?

    Trial users please note that the ability to download video clips is available only to our monthly members. Your trial membership will automatically renew to a full membership once the trial period has ended. The ability to download any content featured at Mr Skin will be available to you at that time.

    If you are a monthly member and still having problems downloading the clips, please follow these directions:
    1. Open the player for the scene you'd like to download by clicking on the preview thumbnail
    2. The scene will open in a pop-up window
    3. Click the "Download Clips" link in the lower right of the player window.
    4. A box will appear with the available clips for download. Each scene may have more than one clip and all will be listed. The clips are arragned by type and quality, so you may click on any that you would like to download.

    This will allow you to save the clip to your hard drive.

  16. I have Flash Player installed but I'm getting a blinking red icon in the top right corner and the video is not playing. What's wrong?

    Please upgrade to the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe. Please see our system requirements for more information on Flash Player.

  17. What are the system requirements for the h.264 videos?

    Internet Connection:

    A broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps will provide the ideal viewing platform for our clips. This will allow you to view our video at a reasonable download speed. Those of you with a lesser speed can still view the clips, just at a slower download speed. You also still have the option to download our clips and play them locally at a faster speed.

    Flash Player:

    We require that you have Flash Player 10 to view the h.264 clips in the embedded player.

    Downlaod:

    h.264 clips can be played in many players, including Quicktime 7.

    Because of the high quality of the HD clips, they won't play on the same hardware that plays the high and low quality clips. Be aware that you may not be able to play them if you have an older, less powerful system.

  18. I paused a clip and now the viewer screen is black. How do I get the screen back?

    Grab the window with your mouse and move it up or down on your screen. Doing this should refresh it.

  19. I used to have an account at site X. Now you're saying I have an account to MrSkin.com. What's going on?

    Recently all accounts from the following sites were upgraded to Mr Skin accounts:
