Headhunters (2011)

Despite being decently rich and sort of weirdly handsome, Roger Brown (Askel Hennie) suffers from “little man syndrome” in the Norwegian thriller Headhunters (2011). Terrified that his model-gorgeous wife Diana (Synnøve Macody Lund) will leave him for a dude a head taller than him, he lavishes her with gifts and money far beyond his means as a corporate headhunter. How does he afford this neurosis? Using information gleaned from personal interviews, Roger breaks into his wealthy clients’ homes and steals their valuable artwork, leaving cheap replicas in their stead. So when his newest client, Dutch CEO Clas Greve (Game of Thrones’ Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) insinuates he’s inherited a priceless painting, Roger thinks he’s found the ultimate score. But Clas is a former special ops soldier who is suave, incredibly attractive, has access to all sorts of government tech Roger's never even heard of, and as Roger comes to find out during his big heist, is also boning Diana. After figuring out what happened, Clas kills Roger's partner in crime, Ove (Eivind Sander), then announces to Roger that Clas is coming for your ass! Roger's no dummy, though, so he's not going to go down without a fight in this well thought out thriller. Synnøve Macody Lund is indeed tall and beautiful, and she regales us with a slice of nubile Norwegian seat meat 1 minute into the film as the long and lean babe takes a shower. Yeah, we can see why Roger wore lifts and lavished her with gifts. Then, Julie Ølgaard gets sexy in her bra as duplicitous dame Lotte, but you’ll really be Russian to unzip your fly when Valentina Alexeeva sits down for some fantastic full frontal flicking of the bean on a closed-circuit camera. With all those Scandinavian sex kittens, Headhunters will blow your mind.
