Gimme an 'F' (1984)

If Gimme an ‘F’ (1984) proves anything, it’s “be careful what you wish for.” Indeed, the cheerleader comedy received failing marks from film critics and home audiences. Here at Skin Central, we’re not as hard on the movie. That is, the film failed to make us super hard since it’s a bit skingy on the nudity considering the sexy subject matter. Nevertheless, the racy romp is not without some eye popping and trouser arousing moments thanks to scenes with shaking pom poms! The action kicks in when an over-the-hill coach (John Karlen) sets out to win the state competition with a bunch of beautiful yet talentless cheerleaders known as the Lucky Ducks. As such, Mary Ann (Beth Miller) and her sensual squad head to Camp Beaver View to work on their assets. While there, Mary Ann falls for the head instructor Tommy Hamilton (Stephen Shellen). But there’s trouble in paradise since Tommy already has a girlfriend — one Phoebe Willis (Daphne Ashbrook) who isn’t shy about showing off her barely-there briefs. Not to be outdone, Pam Bethlehem (Jennifer Cooke) parades her pokies as she struts her stuff sans a brassiere. If that’s not titillating enough, the busty blonde literally loses her top in another scene. That means we get to peek at her pair-fect peaks which are only masked by some pasties. Amen to Ms. Bethlehem! The movie also includes Julie Gray, Karen Kelly, Leslie Ryan, Lisa Wilcox, Sarah M. Miles, and Tyra Ferrell. No wonder, Mr. Skin says “Hips hips hurray!”
