Ghost Machine (2009)

In Ghost Machine (2009), a couple of of Army researchers decide to "borrow" the virtual reality combat simulator they are testing out and set up shop with it at an abandoned prison. Because nothing bad could ever happen at an abandoned prison, especially in a movie with "ghost" in the title. Of course things start to go awry when one of the soldiers disappears from the virtual world. Back in the real world, we get a couple of glimpses of side-boob from Transformers babe Rachael Taylor as she's surprised in the communal showers.
