Biography

Françoise Fabian, born Michèle Cortes de Leone y Fabianera, a leading lady of French and Italian films back in her heyday, has more than 101 starring credits in her storied on-stage, film and television career. Spanning several decades, from 1956 through to today, the prolific Algerian-born brunette beauty has appeared in multiple movies, adding new flicks to her resume every decade, and including such cinematic delights as the titillating titled Holiday Hookers (1976); Archipel des amours (1983), or Archipelago of Love; The Pleasure of Love (1991); Five Times Two (2004), Brilliantissime (2018), or Brilliant; and Rose (2021). Françoise was kind enough to sprinkle a few nude and sexy scenes amid her portfolio—how could she not with the beddable beauty she exudes? See her ooze coquettish appeal in red panties and a lacy black corset with several other hot femme fatales from the ‘60s in one of her earlier works, Belle de jour (1967), or Beautiful Day, as an obviously and justifiably elated man pours champagne for the harem of lovelies surrounding him. Or perhaps enjoy a glimpse of a perfect right breast slipping from beneath the sheets in My Night at Maud’s (1969). While it seems as if Ms. Fabian has always been on some form of screen, whether it be in various mini-series or TV movies, or on the giant silver screen, the brunette babe hasn’t always been on film. She first immersed herself in dance and theatre at the Conservatoire de Paris, which explains why she can so fluidly and sensually shift through flirtatious scenes, and work her way through our minds with equally inviting moves. Merci beacoup, Françoise!
