Flash Forward

One of The Disney Channel’s single-season failures from the mid-'90s, Flash Forward was your typically likable middle-school comedy fare, but one that featured a healthy handful of stunning starlets. Boppin’ through the school hallways were the sparkling Jewel Staite, the resplendent Rachel Blanchard, the marvelous Melody Johnson, and the adorable Amanda Tapping. Say what you will about the state of Disney’s tweenie programming, but those guys sure do know how to cast their programs with lots of photogenic females! Alas, the title was misleading, as there was no flashing to be found at all. Darn.
