The NBC mini-series Favorite Son (1988) casts Harry Hamlin (L.A. Law, Clash of the Titans) as Senator Terrence “Terry” O’Fallon. After a vice presidential candidate gets shot, Terry finds himself in the midst of a massive conspiracy, as well as top-notch character actors, including Robert Loggia, Ronny Cox, John Mahoney, and even George Costanza himself, Jason Alexander.
