A Belgian soap opera doesn’t have quite the same allure as a Belgian waffle, wouldn’t you say? But then again, this long-running Belgian waffler has been a ratings success since 1992 and shows no signs of stopping. Translated as (I bet you can guess) “Family,” the show has featured literally hundreds of actors in the decade it’s been part of the continental TV landscape, but two who warrant special mention at Skin Towers are Ann Ceurvels and Tania Kloek. Ceurvels and Kloek got thier starts in the soap before going on to a long career that includes taking it all off in and skinning it up (and blowing it up) in 1998’s Dief.
