Deseo carnal (1977)

A young man stumbles into the sordid world of sex work in the Spanish erotic drama Deseo carnal (Carnal Desire) (1978). Luis (Toni Fuentes) grew up never knowing his mother, a prostitute who abandoned him when he was a baby. Now a strapping young stud, he travels to Amsterdam in a desperate bid to find her. But he gets sidetracked when he meets Margot (Agata Lys), a sexy Spanish madam who lures him into her male prostitution ring. Luis soon becomes Margot's top gigolo, and only then does he meet his mom, who takes an (ahem) unnatural interest in her not-so-little boy.
