The film is a gripping tale of sex, showering, and being German, directed by Peter Welz, who acted alongside Sean Connery in The Name of the Rose (1986), the film adaptation of the novel by famed Italian semiotician Umberto Eco. You’ll be strokendick when Stefanie Stappenbeck shows off her sacks, slit, and seat meat in a curtainless shower scene. More movies should follow the example this one sets and remove all obstructions from their shower scenes. Well done, Der kleine und der alte Mann.
