Based on Ron Woodruff’s true story, the drama stars Matthew McConaughey as a Texas good ol’ boy whose party-hardy lifestyle comes to an abrupt end when he is diagnosed with HIV. Given 30 days to live by his doctor, Ron (McConaughey) teams up with trans-character Rayon (Jared Leto) and the fictionalized Dr. Eve Saks (Jennifer Garner) to form the Dallas Buyer’s Club — a group that provides controversial and sometimes illegal alternative treatments to members suffering from HIV and AIDS. The R rated movie includes appearances by Adam Dunn, Donna Duplantier, Griffin Dunne, Steve Zahn, and Neeona Neal’s nude boobs! As a stripper, the be-thonged babe shows off her mams and gams. If that’s not arousing enough, hot blonde Juliet Reeves and sexy brunette Jeanine Hill put on a coked-up sex show in another scene. Their skintastic act means the ladies flaunt their bare breasts and buns to McConaughey. Alright, alright, alright! The biopic was a hit at the box office and with critics and industry colleagues. It nabbed six Oscar nominations — winning Academy Awards for Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Hair and Makeup. McConaughey and Leto also took home Screen Actors Guild Awards and Golden Globes.
