A Look at the Latest Horror-themed Additions to MrSkin.com
Welcome back my friends, to Castle Rackula. It’s been a while since I’ve written, and frankly I’m still recovering from last week’s festivities. Let’s just say they made Get Crazy look like End of Days andl and leave it at that.
As a result, I still have a crypt full of movies to review, including Wet Wilderness and Razorback (from the good folks at J4HI.com), both of which look promising.
So this week I’ve decided to take a look at the new additions to the website from the world of horror and the macabre. I think you’ll skin-joy it as much as I did.
A Virgin Among the Living Dead (1971)
An oldie but a goodie, Jesus Franco’s blood-and-sex epic A Virgin Among the Living Dead stars European sex goddess Christina von Blanc as Christina Benson (thus the alternate title Christine, Princess of Eroticism) a demure young lady who travels to her ancestral home for the reading of her father’s will.
There she meets her eccentric relatives, including lesbianically inclined Aunt Carmenc (Britt Nichols), who immediately wants to suck face with her lovely young niece.
Then, like Hamlet’s ghost, the apparition of Christine’s father appears to give her an ominous warning and the rest of the movie is taken up with Franco staples like lesbianism and dismemberment.
One particularly memorable scene has a nude Britt sucking blood from a blind girl’s teat (Linda Hastreiter). What a time to be blind!
This DVD version is the Franco cut, but also includes bonus footage shot by surrealist lesbian vampire auteur Jean Rollin.
For fans of the genre, this is a must-see. And even non-fans will become von Wanks after seeing von Blanc.
Blood and Sex Nightmare (2008)
Thirty-seven years after A Virgin Among the Living Dead, the world’s appetite for blood and nudity was not been sated (mine hasn’t for 1200 years!), which is why movies like Blood and Sex Nightmare (2008) are still coming out.
The story begins with a couple (Julia Morizawa and Andy McGuinness) going off on a retreat to The Pleasure Mountain Adult Retreat to strengthen their relationship by having sex with other people in front of each other.
But couples’ issues and the psychosexual dynamics of swinging become the least of their problems when a power tool-wielding maniac shows up and begins slaughtering people.
For a movie that was supposedly written in 24 hours and filmed on a camcorder for three grand, Blood and Sex Nightmare really delivers the goods.
We get full frontal nudity from newcomers Niki Notarile and Lily St. Claire and the veteran Scream Queen from Queens Tina Krause, “womb” you may remember from her naked lesbian antics with Misty Mundae in Misty's Secret.
And be warned, those of you who haven’t navigated your Oedipus complex yet, there’s a graphic castration scene.
Now that’s whacking off!
Alphabet Killer (2008)
Now, this is more of a thriller than a horror movie, but I’m including it because it marks the long-awaited nude debut of Eliza Dushku, best known to horror fans from her work in Soul Survivors, Wrong Turn, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Now she’s gone from “You've got a better chance of seeing God than seeing Eliza Dushku nude,” to “I’m 28, look at my tits!”
You don’t hear me complaining.
Apparently she’s just finished working on another fright flick now called Open Graves. There’s no word on nudity yet, but it is the first film of Spanish director lvaro de Armin, who acted as assistant director to Pedro Almodvar on All About My Mother. Hopefully he’ll try to outdo the maestro in the skin department.
