Troma Films built its empire on the back of Toxie the Mutant Superhero, so who’s to say he can’t weather a third sequel? Especially one that was way ahead of its time when it comes to the multiverse? Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) kicks off with Stan Lee telling you to ignore the second and third movies in the franchise, since this is going to be a direct sequel to the first flick. And if "The Man" tells you to do something in a superhero movie, you do it! After getting that straightened out, the film opens with a terrorist gun-down at a school for special-needs children. But when Toxie (David Mattey) creates an explosion fighting the bad guys, he throws himself into a parallel universe called Amortville (Troma spelled backwards), while his evil twin The Noxious Offender (also David Mattey) ends up in Tromaville. Suddenly, it's up to some of Toxie's sidekicks and lesser skilled superheroes like Lardass (Joe Fleishaker), and the over the hill Sgt. Kabukiman (Paul Kyrmse), to hold off the evil doppelganger until Toxie can come back to our world and save the day. As Toxie battles to reclaim his rightful place from an evil imposter, director/guru Lloyd Kaufman works to peddle the softcore undertones that make Troma films such a treat. While there are tons of recognizable faces, from Eli Roth and James Gunn to Randy and Jason Sklar, Cory Feldman and even Lemmy all doing cameos in the movie, they're not the bodies you're looking for. Terri Firmer, Celeste Octavia, Tromelissa Saytar, Heidi Sjursen, and Julie Strain pop in to indulge in everything from Sapphic feasting to monster loving––a real treat for fans of the erotic unordinary. Julie lets a dude stick his face between her jugs as part of a pretend PSA, Bella Compagna brings the heat by rubbing her diaper covered dumper on some student while her pink tipped hooters dangle in front of her. Celeste Octavia goes full frontal as a naughty nurse working with Corey Feldman, Heidi Sjursen straddles Toxie's blind girlfriend before taking her top off, and Terri Firmer was a smoking hot topless smoker pretending to be a sign language interpreter. But the titties that had us really firm belonged to Toxie's blind girlfriend Sarah, played by Heidi Sjursen. Heidi's hot as all Hell when making out with another girl, letting her jugs jiggle as she rails Toxie, and even shoving her tits in Lardass' face. No, she's not the original actress who played Toxie's blind girlfriend, nor is Toxie the OG actor who played him in the first movie, but who needs continuity when you've got great nudity in stuff like Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV
