Review

A couple trying to skip Christmas are forced to scramble when their daughter (Julie Gonzalo) changes plans at the last minute in Christmas with the Kranks (1994). Based on a John Grisham novel, Luther (Tim Allen) and Nora Krank (Jamie Lee Curtis) have always had a big party and a house full of decorations at Christmas time, largely because their daughter Blair (Julie Gonzalo) adores the holiday. When she heads off to Peru as a member of the Peace Corps, the couple decide they'll bail on Xmas altogether, not put up any lights, not buy any presents, and instead spend the money on a ten-day Caribbean cruise to escape the holiday completely. That really makes the neighbors mad, especially Vic (Dan Akroyd) the local man in charge of making sure their neighborhood is full of holiday spirit. But while the Kranks are committed to their bah humbug lifestyle for a while, when their daughter announces she's coming home for the holiday the Kranks have to manage to pull off a last-minute party and cover their house in Yuletide merriment. Since everything's sold out, it's going to be tough for the Kranks to pull it off, though. Certainly Tim Allen's much less beloved Christmas flick, since this one was a family comedy obviously there were no scenes of The Tool Man tearing off any women's clothes. Still, Mr. Skin was feeling the holiday spirit when he watched the jolly Jamie Lee Curtis in a teeny tiny bikini. She shows off her curves when she puts on a bright bikini that barely holds her juicy jugs in place. She gets into a tanning bed which gives the camera a great shot of her cleavage, even if she never ends up going on that cruise. We'd love to get a ho ho hold of those things! It's not nudity, but still, with that one shot alone this one's a Christmas movie you can Krank it to!
