Born on April 10, 1970, Carlotta Chang is perhaps best known for her debut role as the love interest in the Steven Seagal flick On Deadly Ground (1994). From there she went on to appear on the tv series New York Undercover and The City, as well as the films Sand (2000) and 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shoot-Out (2003) with Michael Madsen, making her the go-to love interest for bloated action stars! For her one and only nude scene to date, you have to go all the way back to her debut in On Deadly Ground where she got fully nude in a tent with Seagal. Though it's a little too dim to see her hoo-hah, her hooters are definitely on display, though her long hair sometimes covers them up!
