Imagine Cheers taking place in France and instead of Ted Danson we’re offered Valerie Bertinelli. Pretty much everything else here reeks of the old ‘oddball ensemble sitcom’ and all the predictable laugh track fodder that such a description implies. Val’s always good for a few attractive moments here and there, while sexy gal Sofia Milos added a sinful spark. Alas, the efforts of these ladies were unable to save the show from being canceled midway through its second season.
